The Harbor House is a 45 unit condominium building and 47 slip Marina, located at 200 Bay Avenue in Ocean City, NJ. We have the most fantastic residents in all of OC, and have cultivated a community of friendship, collaboration, and harmony.
Every unit has the most incredible view of the Bay, with a nightly front row seat to the most breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy panoramic views as far as the eye can see, and watch the sky light up at night with the stars and the lights of the bridges and neighboring towns.
Our decks are filled with laughter, the aromatic smell of lunch or dinner grilling on the BBQ’s (we have three), plenty of tables for entertaining and chaise lounges for soaking up the sun. Take a dip in our beautiful heated pool, or jump off of one of our three docks and take a swim in the bay.
From the docks, you can cast off for a day of fun right from your very own slip (we have two sizes for rent…25ft and 40ft), that is available to all. On weekend nights you can expect to find everyone socializing on the deck with live entertainment, cozying up by the fire pit, or singing along to your favorite songs with a state-of-the-art Karaoke system (novices and pros alike are welcome, we don’t judge ?).
Some amenities include: bike racks, a parking lot (as well as abundant street parking), a laundry room with washers and dryers, an ice machine, an elevator, a beautiful lobby, and a sleek, newly-renovated common room where indoor parties and events are held.
We offer weekly and seasonal rentals for our efficiencies or one-bedroom units but make sure you book in advance, as space fills up quickly at this little slice of heaven on the Bay….
